The Winfield Community Volunteer Fire Department is pleased to announce that during the 2024 Maryland General Assembly's Legislative session, our department was awarded $225,000 for the urgently needed upgrades to our electrical infrastructure on the firehouse carnival grounds. Earlier in April, President Carl Broussard and 1st Vice President Robert Farver had several delegates tour the station and carnival grounds to view and look over the much needed work that needs to be done.

All of us here at Winfield, want to give a heartfelt THANK YOU to our Maryland and Carroll County representatives who helped in getting this much needed funding.
