On the afternoon of December 10th, Winfield and Mt. Airy Fire Companies were alerted for a reported "Large Truck" fire. PM149 and E141 arrived on location and found a single dump truck with heavy fire showing from the engine compartment. E141 began an offensive attack, Tanker 14 arrived shortly after and began water supply operations for E141. E12 (Mt. Airy) arrived and assisted with overhaul operations. Units operated for approximately 45 minutes before going in-service.
