Around 10:30am on Wednesday morning units were dispatched for a house fire in the 1300 Block of Western Chapel Road in Westminster. First arriving unit Duty 3 reported Heavy Fire showing from a single family dwelling and requested the Rapid Intervention Dispatch and a Tanker Task Force. Tanker 14 and Engine 142 were then alerted to assist. Upon the arrival of Winfield units, Tanker 14 provided 3500 Gallons of water to assist in the fire attack. Engine 142's crew assisted in extinguishment and overhaul. No one was home at the time of the fire and no injuries were reported. Crews from Winfield operated on the scene for approximately 2 1/2 hours.
