On Monday October 17th at 4:48p.m. firefighters from Westminster, New Windsor, Winfield, and Gamber Fire Departments were alerted for a reported house fire in the 1400 Block of Old Westminster Road. First arriving Chief 3-1 (Haddad) confirmed a working house, requested the rapid intervention dispatch, and established command. Winfield's Engine 142 arrived and pulled ceilings, checked for extension, and performed overhaul while Tanker 14 provided water supply for the incident. There were no injuries and the fire is under investigation with the Maryland State Fire Marshal's Office.
