The Winfield Junior Fire Department participated in the Carroll County Junior Day on April 11, 2015 at New Windsor Fire Department.

It was a great event that many junior departments throughout Carroll Count participated in. All the juniors had the chance to learn some old and some new skills. In the morning they trained on Overland Repelling, Ladders, Search and Rescue, and EMS Care. In the afternoon they enhanced their team work skills, competing in Donning of the Gear, Hose Hook-Up and Bucket Brigade.

It was a great day with many great opportunities for our Junior Firefighters.
